We spent 9 days at Darius’ apartment in Queens. All in all it was great for the price; train was a couple hundred meters away by foot, different possibilities for shopping also within walking distance.
The only big downside was the cleanliness of the apartment – or rather the lack of it. It was dusty, kitchen and bathroom were messy, sponge at the sink was well overused. It seemed like someone was living there and they left without any major cleaning before we arrived.
Even so we enjoyed our stay, Darius was really helpful and quick to answer whenever we needed help, his directions on how to get into the apartment were also clear and he was a kind host.

Das Apartment von Dariusz ist super. Die Bahnstation ist maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr sauberes Apartment und genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Einziger Nachteil ist die Hellhörigkeit (typisch dünne USA Bauweise). Dies hat jedoch nicht all zu sehr gestört.
Als wir eine Frage bzgl der Heizung hatten kam Dariusz nach Absprache ins Apartment und hat sich darum gekümmert. Sehr hilfsbereit.
Check in und Check out funktioniert problemlos.
In der Gegend gibt es die Möglichkeit einzukaufen oder Wäsche zu waschen.

Nos hemos alojado por 9 dias y nos ha encantado, el apartamento es grande y acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia. La cama y el sofa son muy comodos y el baño y la ducha amplios. La parada de metro J esta a pocos minutos y te deja en manhattan en unos 40min. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y Dariusz ha sido amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable 10/10!

This listing was exactly what was described! My girlfriend and I were staying here during a rainy weekend so we were inside most of the time and we felt right at home! His living room is amazing with an incredible flat screen tv! Hooked up my PlayStation 5 and we had a great time gaming during the times we didn’t want to go outside. His bedroom was very comfortable too and the kitchen was easy to use.

Dariusz’s Airbnb was the perfect rental spot for our five day trip to New York City. The Airbnb was about an hour outside of Manhattan, where we spent most of our time, and travel was easy using either the J line and a few train transfers or the local Q37 bus and a train transfer. The Airbnb was accurately described and the host was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again on future trips!

Dariusz’s place is exactly like the photos. It is so beautiful with mirrors and high ceilings, you may never want to return home! Much was provided: Large bottles of water, some neat food in the refrigerator, towels, body wash, there are outlets everywhere around the apartment so you won’t have trouble plugging in your electronics, and on the TV you can watch netflix, youtube, amazon prime shows, and more! The bed is comfy and the rooms have air conditioners. I looked forward to all of these awesome things after long days of walking around NYC. He is a responsive host and also his instructions are very clear. Thank you for letting us stay at your place! I highly recommend staying here if you are thinking about it!

when I 1st entered the apt, I felt like I was in a Woody Allen Movie. This place vintage NYC. I absolutely loved it. The long hallway with the pictures gave it just the perfect feel.
The place was very clean and very nice…. especially the bedroom. The mirror over the bed was just perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing night sleep.
I will say, parking after 7pm is almost impossible. We went out one evening, came back at 11pm and had to circle 45 mins looking… but hey, this is NYC…. and the subway is literally 2 blocks down. In short, I have no issues and only praises. I would definitely stay again and highly, highly recommend to my friends or family looking to stay in NYC.

Dariusz’z property was exactly as described! Modern and chic decor and all amenities available! The building was also quiet and I truly enjoyed that being that this is busy NYC! Definitely recommend!!

This place was in the right location for our specific needs, so it worked perfectly. Getting into the building the first time can be a bit different but the easiest thing to do is enter behind another resident! After that you’ll have a key. The apartment is spacious, with a large living space, a well stocked kitchen and comfy bed. Wish there were blackout shades in the bedroom. You may hear neighbor’s music or footsteps, but it’s NYC, what do you expect!? If you go in the winter, radiator heating can be a challenge. Just crack the window if it gets too hot. We enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter!! The TV in the family room was nice and big with great sound. The couch was also comfortable to sit on. The apartment was within a 5 min walk to the subway which was very convenient. For a NYC apartment, it was very spacious! I would stay again next time I’m in NYC! Thanks Dariusz!!
